1. Shipping Timelines
- These are our pre-made pieces, available for quicker delivery.
- Timeline: 10–21 business days from order confirmation.
- You’ll receive tracking details directly from our delivery partner once your item is on the move.
Ready-to-Ship Products
Customised Orders
- Every custom order is made from scratch—just for your child.
- Timeline: 4–6 weeks including production + delivery.
- Delays may happen depending on design complexity or material availability, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
2. Delivery Details
Standard Delivery Hours
- Monday to Saturday | 10 AM to 7 PM
- Sunday/public holiday delivery isn’t available unless arranged privately.
Delivery Notifications
- Once your order is ready, you’ll get a dispatch update with an estimated delivery window.
- If unexpected delays (like weather or logistics disruptions) occur, we’ll do our best to keep you updated in real time.
3. Delivery Access & Responsibility
Entry & Access
- Deliveries are made up to the ground-floor entrance only.
- If your building doesn’t have elevator access, please arrange your own help to carry large items upstairs.
- Our team isn’t authorized to move products beyond the ground level.
Packaging & Unboxing
- To protect your order, some pieces may arrive in wooden crates or reinforced packaging.
- Please arrange a local carpenter or handyman to open and inspect them safely.
Assembly Info
- We don’t offer in-home assembly.
- Simple items may include a DIY guide. For others, we recommend hiring local assistance.
Fit & Size Responsibility
- Double-check product dimensions to ensure easy passage through doors, lifts, and stairs.
- If an item can’t be delivered due to access issues, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or storage.
4. Storage & Delay Charges
Free Holding Period
- We offer a 7-day grace period once your order is ready for delivery.
Delays Beyond That
- Size of the product

- Available warehouse space

Any applicable charges will be shared in advance and must be cleared before we can release your order for delivery.
5. Damage or Defect Reporting
Inspect Upon Arrival

We take care in packaging, but transit can be unpredictable. If you notice any damage:
- Inform the delivery partner immediately
- Note the issue clearly on the delivery slip (if provided)
- Take clear photos or videos of the problem
Report Within 48 Hours
All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.
