Ready-to-ship items : Delivered in 10–21 days.

Customised pieces : 4–6 weeks, made just for you.

We’ll notify you once your order is out for delivery. Delivery is typically done from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Access

Delivery is up to your ground-floor entrance. For upper floors, please arrange your own manpower.

Some items come in wooden crates for protection. You may need a local carpenter to open and inspect them.

Delivery partners do not assemble or unbox the product.

Ensure dimensions suit your entryways and elevators to avoid delivery issues or extra charges.

Storage & Delay Charges

If you’re unable to accept delivery once the order is ready: We offer a 2-week grace period.

Beyond that, storage or delay charges may apply, based on the situation and product type.

Storage and holding charges will be invoiced separately and must be cleared before the product is dispatched.

Damage Reporting

Check your order on delivery.

In case of any damage or defect, inform the delivery person, mention it on the delivery slip, and share photos with us within 24 hours.
