Returns

We want you to love your Lilnest purchase! If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item received

Please email support@lilnest.in with order details and a clear photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Products returned without original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
